Q: Can I buy direct from the factory?
A: No

Q: Are you the manufacturer?
A: Yes. All of our products are manufactured in the United States.

Q: Where are you located?
A: 539 Dunksferry Road in Bensalem, PA

Q: What type of air handler can I use?
A: All of our units are tested with a Carrier air handler. See specifications sheet for details. Our units can also be used with Mortex and ADP coils. For more information, visit the AHRI website.

Q: What is your warranty(s)?
A: Our split-systems have a 1-year warranty on parts ans a 5-year warranty on the compressor. Our comfort packs have a 5-year warranty of parts, 5-year warranty on the compressor and 10-year warranty on the heat exchanger – gas only.

Q: What makes R-410A a better refrigerant that R-22?
A: It is environmentally friendlier. R-410A is an HFC which will not deplete the ozone layer when broken down.

Q: Will I still be able to purchase parts for my R-22 unit?
A: Yes
